After all, as the Administrative Assistant to the very wealthy Zelda "ZZ" Zoransky, Foxtrot is used to dealing with unusual guests, an odd zoo assortment, and whatever else happens to come her way. However, a pet cemetery where talking pets come back to life is strange even for her world! Even stranger, one of the talking pets is her long dead cat, Tango. Foxtrot now finds herself in the midst of a murder mystery with two ghostly animals as her helpful investigators.
She's the executive assistant of one eccentric rich boss, Zelda 'ZZ' Zoransky. So, this book may be a mildly diverting read for the casual reader, or someone looking for something a little different with a bit of humor. Lots of different ghosties, and a very good mystery! But that's not all: There's an ectoplasmic dog named Tiny who changes breeds with a shake of his tail There's a ton of very clever humour woven into the story, and that is always a feature in a book that gets high ratings from me. At any rate, it was a good book I really enjoyed it and I am sad that there will be no more after the next two or three.
